I bought some stuff for Christmas gifts, and everything showed up on time. However, we ran into a quality problem with one of the items. I reached out to customer service three times, but got no reply and couldn't find a phone number to call.

I got an ooh noo googy horse for my daughter's birthday, but I quickly figured out it wouldn’t arrive in time. I shot off an email to explain what was up, and the dude who got back to me was super helpful and canceled my order. Then, I went for the Mr Maria miffy light - it showed up fast and was packed just right, plus it was the best deal I could find at that moment. I'll definitely shop here again and highly suggest it to others. Thanks a bunch!

I gotta say, the customer support was fantastic! I got a heads-up when my order was shipped out for next day delivery, complete with tracking info. Everything showed up right on schedule and in great shape. Super happy with my trophy heads and miffy lamp; they've been getting a ton of compliments!

We got the grizzly bear trophy head for our son's nursery, and we couldn't be happier with it. It arrived right on schedule and was packed really well. The quality is top-notch and will look super impressive once it's on the wall. We'll definitely be telling our family and friends about Lullabuy.

Awesome support and quick replies! The only downside is that the Miffy lamp doesn’t come with a power plug, which makes it a bit tricky since I keep using my iPhone charger instead. It would be way better if it included one. I’ve placed an order for it, and they’re sending it to me at no cost, so I can’t really complain.

I believed I had made a mistake the previous week, but for some reason, it didn’t go through (maybe it was my oversight & I missed the order confirmation). BUT when I figured it out, Pranjal in customer support was amazing at swiftly processing the new orders and sending out the items for me! Great communication kept me in the loop the whole time. The tiny star lamp was super cute and just what my little guy needs since he’s scared of the dark. But, I was let down that it took 10 days to get here after paying €8 for shipping. It’s not enough to stop me from ordering again, though, since they have a lot of stuff you can’t find anywhere else, but it was still a bit of a hassle.

I got a defective item, but the customer service has been awesome. They provided me with the option of a refund or a replacement and even reached out to their supplier to verify it was from a bad batch. Right now, I'm waiting for the replacement since they're expecting a good batch soon, but I'd definitely shop with them again because they've been super helpful. Excellent communication and a nice variety of products.

Awesome experience: the product we ordered was expected to show up in roughly two weeks. It got here in just a week, so I was super pleased. Excellent quality: really nice quality, nicely packaged and wrapped with care. I’ll surely consider this company for my future purchases.

I just got a rug, a cozy trophy head, and a little light from Lullabuy, and I can't say enough good things about this place! The quality of the stuff for my son's room is top-notch! The delivery and customer support were also excellent. I totally recommend this company!

What a charming shop with an amazing array of one-of-a-kind, handmade products. My package came so nicely wrapped, all in tissue paper and tied up with string - plus, there was a cute little bag of candies as a sweet gesture! - I really appreciate that kind of care.

I just got the 'Oliver - Bear Head' after spotting it in a hotel in the Netherlands. The product is of excellent quality, and I'm super happy with it. I placed my order on Monday, and the delivery was estimated for 7-10 days. It arrived on Friday, and I tracked it through DPD. The delivery was really well done, with branded packaging and even some complimentary sweets in the box. It's a fantastic piece that's also been featured in top home magazines. I recently became a fan of the Mutsy Igo's design, but I was a bit hesitant about getting a pram I hadn't checked out in person.
